To fit within the business cargo delivery schedule detailed on this page, a delivery request must include:
1) Complete delivery and pickup addresses, including apartment numbers or duplex letters. Gate codes, if required, must be provided at least 30 minutes prior to the negotiated pickup time.
2) Timely loading. A scheduled time will be negotiated prior to acceptance of the load and the driver will arrive at that time. Loading must begin within 10 minutes of that time. After 10 minutes, a detention fee is charged, $1 per minute.
Local pickup and delivery
Local is defined as Leander, Cedar Park, Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown.
$60 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum, which will include the loading and unloading time.
Over-the-road, pickup and return
This list is for driving away from Leander empty and returning to the greater Austin area loaded with cargo.
$1 per loaded mile, with a pickup fee depending on the initial distance from Leander.
$30 pickup fee cities
Jarrell, Bertram, Burnet, Marble Falls, Spicewood, Briar Cliff, Lago Vista, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Steiner Ranch, Smoot, Manor, Hutto.
$50 pickup fee cities
Taylor, Elgin, Lampasas, Copperas Cove, Killen, Belton, Temple, Salado, Rockdale, Giddings, La Grange, Bastrop, Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, Lockhart, Wimberley
$100 pickup fee cities
Waco and north thru the DFW metro (Dallas, Fort Worth, etc.)
New Braunfels, San Antonio, and south thru Laredo
Victoria and east thru Houston to Beaumont
Over-the-road, delivery
$1.25 per mile when starting from Leander, Cedar Park, or Austin.
Over-the-road, combined delivery and pickup/return
$1 per mile, each way.
